I‘m relationated with two version of stepmania named:

DDR (dance Dance Revolution)

PIU  (Pump It Up)

DDR ( dance dance Revolution ) or ITG (in the groove) or whatever is the main or more concetrate version in atepmania with only 4 bottons UP, Down,Left & Right but I noticed that this cersion has 2 types of gameplay

KB

PAD.- you can play with yur feet or with your fingers (ITG Level  on Keyboard) you can buy a dance pad to play this type of gameplay.

KB.- you can play only with your fingers making a little change on”control Options” following the next recomendations

PS:  in “KB” version I sucks so You wouldn´t find a lot of this type of gameplay “Only In Rare Ocations”
